Dinner Options

One mainstay of our past events has been our delicious dinners, and this year's dinner is no different. We will be serving a tasty plated dinner, that will feature the following:

Salad - Spring greens with carrot curls, grape tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.

Chef selection of seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf

Your choice of Entree (specified on your registration):

  • Grain mustard and herb crusted chicken breast with natural jus.
  • Citrus crusted steelhead with berry bruere blanc.
  • Sirloin steak with pinot noir reduction.

Dessert - New York cheese cake with caramel drizzle.
