One mainstay of our past events at the Red Lion has been our delicious dinners, and this year's dinner is no different. We will be serving a tasty plated dinner, that will feature the following:
Garden Salad - mesculin greens, arugula, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
Your choice of Entree (specified on your registration):
- Chicken Picatta - grilled with caper berries.
- Seared Trout - green curry, rice, and baby carrots.
- Flank Steak - served with cipollini onions, aged balsamic fingerling potatoes, greens, and braised fennel.
Dessert - Triple Chocolate Cake
